From a single load-bearing wall to a multi-unit building, our work covers six sectors. Here is what we do in each, and which of our services are usually involved.
Residential
Homes are where clients feel every decision most. We design and build custom homes, additions and second storeys, multi-unit buildings and the additional residential units that Ontario now allows on many lots, from basement apartments to garden suites. Because engineering and construction are in the same group, layouts are tested for structure, services and cost before you commit.

Commercial
Commercial projects run on tight schedules, because every week of construction is a week without revenue. We plan fit-outs and new commercial buildings so that design, permits and construction overlap where they safely can, and we coordinate the mechanical, electrical and fire-safety requirements that commercial spaces bring.

Institutional
Institutional buildings must last for decades, stay accessible to everyone and keep running costs predictable. We bring durable materials, high-performance envelopes and efficient systems to schools, clinics and community buildings, and we document every decision clearly for boards and public owners.

Industrial
Industrial buildings are tools for the business inside them. We design large-span structures, heavy floor slabs, mezzanines and equipment supports, and plan power, ventilation and site circulation around the way the facility actually operates.

Renovation & heritage
Much of what Ontario will need already exists and needs to be improved. We assess existing buildings, open up layouts safely, add storeys and units, upgrade envelopes and systems, and treat older and heritage buildings with the care their character deserves.

Land development
Before anything is built, the land has to be surveyed, graded, serviced and approved. We take infill lots and larger sites through survey, civil design and municipal approvals, so that building can start on solid ground.
