Surveying
We measure sites and buildings accurately, so designs start from reliable information and construction is set out in the right place.
Our approach
Good design depends on accurate measurements. We capture topography, existing buildings and site features with total stations, GNSS, 3D laser scanning and drone mapping, and deliver drawings and models that our design team and yours can use directly. Where a legal survey is required, we coordinate with Ontario Land Surveyors.
What we deliver
Topographic surveys
Ground levels, features, trees and services for site design.
Existing building surveys
Measured floor plans, elevations and sections of existing buildings.
3D laser scanning
Point clouds and 3D models of buildings and complex structures.
Drone mapping
Aerial photography, orthophotos and surface models of larger sites.
Construction layout
Setting out buildings, grids and services on site.
